Want to end dieting for good?
Are you sick and tired of the constant yo-yo cycle of dieting? You feel as though you need to lose weight, so you commit to eating a certain way, start exercising, etc and that works great for a bit.. But then, just like before, you end up having a full-blown binge which then leaves you feeling bloated and you start beating yourself up about falling off the wagon, but now you’ve screwed up so you might as well just carry on for the rest of the week and you can try again next week. It just ends up being the same cycle, over and over again.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Well, it’s clearly not working! Time to try something new!
