I’ve been where you are…

As someone who has lived her whole life in a larger body, I was made aware that my body was different than my peers at the young age of 7. For as long as I can remember I always just *wished* that I could be smaller and be like a “normal, thin girl“. I grew up to spend many years on and off of all of the different diets, finally hitting my diet breaking point in October 2018 when I declared to myself that I was not going to keep living my life this way – scared of food and constantly in a battle with my body.

I dove into Intuitive eating, and once I had gotten past the initial stages of unconditional permission to eat all foods I recognized that I was still eating past comfortable fullness often and turning to food for comfort and procrastination all of the time! Both of these things were not leaving me feeling very good so I began to bring a bit more mindfulness to my eating (reframing thoughts that were making me feel guilty for eating, making sure to eat earlier on when hunger arose, and slowing down my eating so I could recognize my fullness before I got uncomfortable) and I added in a daily self-care regime.

Now I am a completely confident intuitive eater! Food does not take up any space in my mind unless I am hungry or grocery shopping & planning my meals for the week. I never get anxiety around worries of weight gain anymore and I feel more confident and happy with food and my body than I ever have before in my life!

FAQ

When does the program start?

The program starts on Monday, February 21, 2022.

How will I receive the modules?

All of the modules will be delivered to you via email at the start of each week.

When will the group coaching calls take place?

When the program first starts you will have the opportunity to vote in a poll on what time works best for you for the coaching calls. Whichever time works for the majority of people is the time we will go with.

What if I can’t make the coaching calls?

All coaching calls will be recorded and emailed to all participants. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions or bring up topics that you’d like for me to answer or elaborate on in the coaching calls before the call happens. So, even if you are unable to be on the call live you can still get your questions answered that way.

When will this program happen again?
